How to take it
- Follow the dose printed on the pack, or the one advised by a qualified hakeem or doctor. Doses differ between formulations and we do not restate them here.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. Traditional preparations can contain potent and dose-sensitive ingredients, and more is not better.
- Take it with water or milk as the pack directs, generally after food.
- Keep the pack. It carries the dose, the batch number and the expiry date.

That depends on the dose you have been advised to take, which is on the pack. Work it out from the daily dose — at one dose a day the 30 tablets pack lasts considerably longer than at three, and it is worth checking before you order the smaller size.
Is this original stock?
Yes. We buy only through authorised distributors, so this is genuine Qarshi stock and it ships sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell loose, repackaged or open-market goods. Check the batch number and expiry printed on the pack when it arrives.
Will the packaging show what is inside?
No. Orders ship in a plain, unbranded outer box. No product name appears on the label or on the courier slip.
