Terms & conditions

Who may order

This website sells products intended for adults. You must be 18 years or older to place an order, and you confirm this at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — usually by a short call or WhatsApp message — and dispatch it. Until then we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our couriers' coverage, or if the order appears fraudulent.

The minimum order value is Rs.240.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm and are never added afterwards.

Prices and promotional discounts can change without notice, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement or cancel that line at no charge.

We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, pack sizes and formulations occasionally change at the manufacturer's end.

Payment

Cash on delivery is paid in full, in cash, to the rider on delivery. JazzCash payments are made in advance through JazzCash's own systems. We never take card or bank credentials over the phone or by message.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — they depend on the courier and on conditions we do not control. We dispatch promptly and will tell you if anything is delayed.

You are responsible for giving a complete and reachable address and phone number. Repeated failed deliveries caused by an unreachable number or an incorrect address may mean we ask for payment in advance on any future order.

Product use

Always read the manufacturer's instructions and the expiry date on the pack before use. Nothing on this website is medical advice. No contraceptive method is 100% effective against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have any doubt about a product's suitability for you, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered, in sound condition, as described. We are not liable for loss or harm arising from misuse of a product, from ignoring the manufacturer's instructions or expiry date, or from causes outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
