No. Every parcel ships in a plain, unbranded box. The label carries only your name, address and phone number — no product names, no category, and nothing identifying this website. The courier cannot see the contents.

No. There is no signup, no password and no profile. You give a name, mobile number, city and address at checkout, and that is all we collect.

Cash on delivery is the default — pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. JazzCash is also available if you would rather pay in advance. No card details are ever given to the courier.

2-3 working days to most cities once dispatched, and a day or two longer to smaller towns. Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

The charge is shown before you confirm your order. Delivery is free on orders over Rs.2,000, and the minimum order value is Rs.240.

Yes. We buy only from authorised importers and distributors, never loose or grey-market stock. Every item arrives sealed in its original packaging with the batch code and expiry date printed on the pack, so you can verify it against the brand yourself.

Enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with on the order tracking page. You do not need an account or a password.

Sealed, unopened items can be returned if you tell us within 3 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or past its expiry date we replace it at our cost — see the returns and refunds page.

Once, briefly, to confirm your order before dispatch — by phone or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. We do not call to sell you anything, and your number never goes to anyone else.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards and M&P. If a courier does not serve your area we will tell you before dispatch rather than after.
