Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are normally packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Every order is confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot reach you on the number given, dispatch waits until we can.

Delivery charges

Charges are calculated from the order value and shown at checkout before you confirm:

• ·Standard delivery: Rs.400
• ·Free delivery on orders over Rs.2,000
• ·Minimum order value: Rs.240

Delivery times

2-3 working days to major cities after dispatch. Smaller towns and remote areas may take a day or two longer.

These are the couriers' estimates and not guarantees. Weather, strikes, public holidays and courier backlogs all affect them, and none of these are within our control.

Coverage

We deliver anywhere our courier partners serve, which is most of Pakistan. If none of them serve your area we will tell you before dispatch and cancel the order at no cost rather than leave you waiting.

Failed deliveries

Couriers make up to three attempts and normally call before each one. If all three fail, the parcel is returned to us.

We will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch. Where an order has been returned because the address was wrong or the number unreachable, a further delivery charge may apply, and we may ask for payment in advance.

Damaged or missing parcels

Check the parcel in front of the rider where you can. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or the parcel appears to have been opened, refuse it and tell us the same day — we will dispatch a replacement at our cost. See returns and refunds for the full process.
