Delivery information
Last updated 15 August 2026
Orders are delivered nationwide in 2-3 working days by TCS, Leopards or M&P, depending on your city.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 4pm are usually packed and dispatched the same working day. Delivery then takes 2-3 working days to most cities, and a day or two longer to smaller towns and remote areas.
We confirm every order by a short call or WhatsApp message before dispatch, so please keep the number you ordered with reachable.
What arrives at your door
A plain, unbranded box or courier flyer. The label shows only your name, address and phone number. Nothing on the outside names the products, the category, or this website.
Inside, each item is sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. There is no itemised invoice with product names left in the parcel unless you ask us for one.
Paying cash on delivery
Hand the exact order total to the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. You do not pay anything before that, and you never give card details to the courier.
Riders usually carry limited change, so exact cash speeds things up considerably.
Delivery charges
Charges are calculated from your order value and shown before you confirm — never added afterwards.
- Minimum order value: Rs.240
- Standard delivery charge: Rs.400
- Free delivery on orders over Rs.2,000
If you miss the rider
Couriers make up to three delivery attempts and will normally call before each. If all three fail the parcel returns to us — message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a fresh dispatch.
