What it is
A laboob — a traditional herbal electuary, a soft paste taken by the spoonful, usually with milk. Made by Qarshi. Supplied in the 100g pack.
It is sold as support for timing and semen quality. That is how the manufacturer positions it — it is a traditional preparation, not a licensed medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

The full ingredient list is printed on the pack. We do not reproduce ingredient tables we have not verified against the manufacturer's own labelling — for a traditional preparation, an inaccurate list is worse than none, because it can hide an allergen. How to take it
- Follow the dose printed on the pack, or the one advised by a qualified hakeem or doctor. Doses differ between formulations and we do not restate them here.

- Take it with water or milk as the pack directs, generally after food.
