Privacy policy

This category makes privacy a health issue, not a legal formality. The short version: we collect the four things needed to deliver a parcel, we use them for that, and we never sell or share them.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- Your name — so the courier can address the parcel
- Your mobile number — to confirm the order and for the courier to reach you
- Your city and delivery address — to deliver the parcel
- Optional delivery notes, if you leave any
- The items, quantities and total of your order
What we do not collect
There is no account, so there is no password and no stored profile. We do not ask for your email address to place an order, we do not ask for your date of birth, your CNIC, or your marital status beyond the single confirmation checkbox at checkout, and we never see or store card or bank details — cash on delivery is paid to the rider, and JazzCash payments are handled on JazzCash's own systems.
How we use it
Only to fulfil your order: to confirm it, to pack and dispatch it, to let the courier deliver it, and to help you if something goes wrong.
We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not send promotional messages to customers who have not asked for them.
Who else sees it
The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and phone number — they cannot deliver without them — and nothing about what is inside.
If you pay by JazzCash, JazzCash receives the payment details needed to process it.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or share customer data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, under any circumstances.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed to handle returns, refunds and our own tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details after that point.
Your choices
Write to hello@example.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Include the order number and the mobile number you ordered with so we can find the record — for your own protection we cannot act on a request we cannot verify.
Cookies and this website
This site stores a random cart identifier in your browser so your basket survives a page reload. It is not linked to your identity and it contains nothing about you. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top of the page.
