What it is
A gentle cleansing wash formulated for the external intimate area, usually at a lower pH than ordinary soap to sit closer to the skin's natural balance. Supplied in the 65ml size.

How to use it
- Apply a small amount to the external area only, with water.
- Rinse thoroughly. Do not leave residue.
- Once a day is enough. Washing more often tends to cause the dryness and irritation it is meant to prevent.
Important — external use only
This is not a douche and must not be used internally. The vagina cleans itself, and washing inside it disrupts the bacterial balance that keeps it healthy — douching is associated with a higher rate of infection, not a lower one.
See a doctor rather than reaching for a wash if you have unusual discharge, a strong or persistent odour, itching, or burning when passing urine. Those are signs of something a wash does not treat and can mask.
