How to use them
- Peel the backing and press the pad into clean, dry underwear, wrapping any wings underneath.
- Change every four to six hours, or sooner on heavy days. Change a liner at least daily.
- Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and bin it. Never flush one — pads block plumbing.
- Wash your hands after changing.
