Best Condoms in Pakistan: How to Choose by Type, Not by Brand

Written for general information and not yet reviewed by a clinician. It is not medical advice — for anything persistent or personal, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
Dotted, delay, ultra thin, ribbed and flavoured — what each type is for, and which packs are worth buying.
"Best condom" is the wrong question, because condoms are not ranked on a single scale. They are made for different things. The useful question is which type suits what you are after, and then which pack in that type is worth the money.
One thing applies across all of them: any condom sold legally in Pakistan is electronically tested and meets WHO and ISO standards. A cheaper pack is not a less safe pack. What varies is texture, thickness, lubricant and fit.
If you want to last longer: delay condoms
Delay condoms carry benzocaine on the inside, which reduces sensitivity. The effect varies between individuals, and it is not a treatment for premature ejaculation — see a doctor if that is the concern.
Worth buying: Touch Delay (5s, best value), Josh Delay (3s, widely available), DO Silk if you want the delay lubricant without a thick condom.
If you want more sensation for her: dotted and studded
Known locally as dane wala or danedar condoms, these have raised dots moulded into the latex. The texture is part of the moulding, so it does not weaken the condom.
Worth buying: Touch Dotted (5s), Sathi Danedar (4s, the budget option), Klimax Extasy for a more pronounced stud.
If you want it to feel like less: ultra thin
Ultra thin condoms are made to the same strength standards as standard ones — the thinner wall is engineered, not a compromise. Most people report a noticeably closer feel.
Worth buying: Josh Ultra Thin (3s), Klimax Intense (3s, ultra thin and contoured).
Using a water-based lubricant alongside an ultra thin condom usually makes more difference to sensation than the thickness alone does.
If you want a closer fit: ribbed and contoured
Contoured condoms are shaped rather than straight-walled, which for many men is a better fit. Ribbed adds horizontal ridges for sensation.
Worth buying: Touch Ribbed (5s), Klimax Extacy Plus (double-contoured), Klimax Sensual if you want ribbed and studded together.
If it is for oral use: flavoured
Flavoured condoms are made for oral sex and give the same protection during intercourse as any other condom. Avoid getting flavoured lubricant inside the vagina, as it can occasionally cause irritation.
Worth buying: Josh Sindhri Mango, Touch Strawberry, Klimax Tutti Frutti for a mixed-fruit pack.
If you just want a reliable everyday condom: plain
No texture, no delay agent. Cheaper per piece and, for a lot of people, the most comfortable option.
Worth buying: Josh Classic (4s), Touch Classic (5s).
The thing that matters more than type: fit
A condom that is too tight is more likely to break; one that is too loose can slip off. Both failures defeat the point. If a brand has never felt right, the answer is usually a different size rather than a different feature — and a smaller pack is a cheap way to test that.
Buying genuine stock
Counterfeit condoms and, especially, counterfeit delay sprays circulate in the open market. Buy sealed packs from a seller who sources through authorised distributors. Everything we stock arrives sealed and ships in plain, unbranded packaging with cash on delivery available nationwide.
